We are looking for a passionate and consultative Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint.

Reports To: Sales Manager
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Dartsee to our customers. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales by nurturing inbound leads and building strong relationships with pub and entertainment center owners mostly for US customers.
Contacting leads who reached out to us: our marketing team generates leads, who fill out a form on our site, asking us to call them back.
Consultative Sales: Understand customer needs, tailor your pitch, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring follow-ups, timely responses, and closing deals, saving data in Hubspot CRM.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
Experience: 2+ years in a consultative sales role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or the entertainment/hospitality industry.
Language: Fluent or native English, it’s a big plus if you speak another language on which we can do sales. Most of the company is Hungarian so it makes communication easier if you speak our language.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and an aptitude for learning new tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Relevant experience may substitute.
