Primary Care Provider – Part-Time/Independent (DFW Area)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Primary Care Provider (NP, PA,) to join our growing clinic on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions. This role includes one weekend shift per month with the opportunity to expand weekend coverage as patient demand increases

This is a contract 1099 position with hourly compensation of $60/hour. Candidates must be eligible for insurance credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages.

• Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings.

• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.

• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

• Cover one weekend per month (9am-3pm Saturdays Only), with potential to expand weekend coverage.

• Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP, PA,in the state of Texas

• Active, unrestricted DEA license.

• Minimum 2–3 years of recent direct primary care experience.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Must be credentialed or eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial insurance plans.

• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.\

Compensation & Contract Details

• $60/hour

• Flexible weekend scheduling (1 weekend/month minimum; room to expand based on demand)

• Paid only for clinical hours worked Spanish peaking a plus
