Now, we’re looking for a Video Postproduction Project Manager who’s ready to lead with confidence, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with our high-performance editing and creative teams to bring content to life on time, every time.

We are only considering candidates who meet ALL of the following criteria. This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for Project Managers with:
At least 2 year of experience as a dedicated Project Manager
managing creative teams, deadlines, and client deliverables. If you’ve never held the title or owned the responsibility of Project Manager, this role is not for you.
Prior experience working inside a creative or marketing agency
such as video editing studios, content creation teams, design agencies, PR firms, or digital marketing companies. You must be familiar with fast-paced agency environments, juggling multiple clients or accounts, and owning post-production timelines.
Prior experience with video delivery
A proven track record of managing creative workflows and communicating clearly with internal teams and external clients.
Fluent English (written and spoken) you must be fully bilingual to support both clients and team members effectively.

You’ll need to understand creative workflows, speak the language of video editors, and make sure our clients feel supported, understood, and consistently impressed.

Be the primary point of contact for our client accounts understand their vision, set expectations, and keep the vibe strong
Collaborate with editors and creative leads to ensure every project hits deadlines, quality standards, and brand guidelines
Provide thoughtful feedback and creative direction when needed
Proactively manage timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
Troubleshoot roadblocks like a pro and keep things moving forward
Own the post-production pipeline across multiple accounts and deliverables
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in video postnproduction or marketing agencies (this is non-negotiable)
Prior agency background in marketing, design, PR, or video/content production
(this is non-negotiable)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience managing creative projects, workflows, and timelines for multiple accounts
Skilled with tools like ClickUp, SPP, Slack, and Loom
Strong organizational and time-management skills you don’t drop balls
You’re proactive, communicative, detail-obsessed, and great under pressure
You know what a great video looks like and how to help elevate it
Biweekly paymentsin USD
Salary range: $1,000–$1,500/month depending on experience
Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time with a 1-hour lunch break (no rotating shifts)
Paid time off: 15 PTO days/year + 6 U.S. Federal Holidays + 2 bonus days during Semana Santa
