Guavas Finance is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to support our Relationship Director in delivering exceptional client service.
This role is perfect for someone early in their finance career who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial lending, client management, and business development.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Relationship Director with client relationship management and onboarding.
Prepare client documents, proposals, and financial summaries.
Conduct initial financial assessments and identify opportunities to enhance client value.
Manage CRM data, coordinate client meetings, and ensure smooth deal progression.
Research market trends and potential clients to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or client support (internships welcome).
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Ambition to grow into a Senior Relationship Manager role within 12–24 months.
