Handling e-commerce operations and customer communication
Creating and improving Excel reports & workflows
Developing and optimizing internal systems for efficiency
Training period: $1,000/month
Performance-based growth: Up to $3,000/month
Team Leader path for those who excel in communication, accuracy, and workflow management
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong background in QuickBooks, Excel, and process management
Independent, organized, and proactive
