This test assesses the candidate’s knowledge and familiarity with the basic principles, functions, and standard behaviors of the system that are common to all Salesforce instances. A user that is familiar with using the system to update and manage records will recognize the terminology and concepts presented. The test is appropriate for users of both the classic interface and the lightning interface. This test covers the Sales related objects of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and related elements associated with them. It does not cover cases or administrative topics. This test assumes Leads are used with Account & Contacts and not with person Accounts (the most typical scenario, especially for B2B companies).
