Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join the Uphance team.

This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. As a Customer Success Associate, you will support our customers in getting started with our software, help them resolve their queries, and ensure they have a great experience using Uphance. Job Type: Full-Time/Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via chat, email, and video calls.

  • Build positive relationships with customers to understand their goals and assist them in achieving success with the software.

  • Monitor customer engagement and usage to identify issues and improvement opportunities.\

  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, engineering) to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and support guides.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve our service.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role (internships accepted).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and customer communication platforms.

General Requirements:

  • Availability to work during customer working hours in various time zones.

  • High-Speed Internet and the ability to join technical video meetings during business hours.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of multi-functional teams.

  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
