We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join the Uphance team.
This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. As a Customer Success Associate, you will support our customers in getting started with our software, help them resolve their queries, and ensure they have a great experience using Uphance. Job Type: Full-Time/Remote
Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support via chat, email, and video calls.
Build positive relationships with customers to understand their goals and assist them in achieving success with the software.
Monitor customer engagement and usage to identify issues and improvement opportunities.\
Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, engineering) to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, and support guides.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve our service.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support role (internships accepted).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and customer communication platforms.
Availability to work during customer working hours in various time zones.
High-Speed Internet and the ability to join technical video meetings during business hours.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of multi-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
