IT Compliance Manager

We’re looking for an IT Compliance Manager to take ownership of our security and compliance programs, with a focus on SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.

You'll be the go-to expert ensuring our company meets industry standards, protects customer data, and stays ahead of evolving regulations. We work closely with highly regulated financial institutions, many of which have their own security and compliance requirements. That means you'll regularly collaborate with our Business Development team and, at times, engage directly with clients to address their security concerns and ensure alignment with their frameworks. Strong communication skills are necessary. Our company is expanding internationally, and compliance plays a critical role.

If you have experience with GDPR and other data privacy frameworks, that’s a plus—we want someone who understands the global security landscape and can help us navigate it.

Financial industry experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are also preferred.
