Job Description:

The Ecommerce Manager will be solely responsible for driving revenue and growth through our Shopify website. This role will focus on day-to-day operations, strategic project management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, optimizing for conversions, and executing strategies that elevate online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic project management, including optimizing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.

  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and online campaigns.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes to enhance sales and customer experience.

  • Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure the website is consistently updated and optimized for both user experience and SEO.

  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

  • Manage inventory and order fulfillment processes to ensure a smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in managing and growing Shopify stores, with a strong track record of increasing conversions and sales.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Expertise in Shopify and Shopify apps, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.

  • Strong knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) and analytical tool Google Analytics, Adwords to track and optimize website performance.

  • Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proven experience in seamlessly integrating a wide range of third-party apps and tools with Shopify to enhance store functionality, including payment gateways, inventory management, analytics, and marketing tools.

  • Expertise in customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to tailor the appearance and functionality of the store to meet specific business needs and create a unique, branded experience.
