We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner to work closely with our CEO and executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and requires someone who can be a gatekeeper to the CEO's time, solve problems, lead teams, and act as the eyes and ears on the ground. Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and communication.
Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in managing projects and initiatives related to sales, marketing, and business development.
Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the CEO's time and prioritize tasks based on strategic objectives.
Lead and manage special projects, initiatives, and teams as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex challenges.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and team members.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
