Own Organization: Keep schedules, inboxes, and priorities in check, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Be the Sales Right-Hand: Jump into sales calls, take killer notes, follow up on action items, and help refine the sales process.
HubSpot Guru: Manage CRM workflows, automate processes, and make HubSpot work for the team, not against them.
Craft Playbooks & FAQs: Build internal guides, sales scripts, and templates to make processes scalable (bonus if you love writing).
Event & Workshop Pro: Plan and coordinate team workshops, sales training, and customer success initiatives.
Drive Process & Project Management: Research, implement, and streamline new tools & solutions to keep the team ahead of the curve.
Manage Accounts Receivable: Track payments, follow up on invoices, and ensure smooth financial operations.
Future Responsibilities – Customer Success & Demo Calls: Once you’re fully onboarded and comfortable with the product, you'll gradually take on oversight of customer success responsibilities and be responsible for demo calls when the CEO is not available.
Fluent Communicator: Your English is top-tier—both written and spoken. You’ll be handling high-level communication daily.
Tech-Savvy & HubSpot Pro: You know how to make CRMs, automation, and workflows work (HubSpot is a big plus).
Sales-Savvy: You’re comfortable supporting sales teams, joining calls, taking notes, and managing follow-ups.
Master Organizer: Juggling multiple tasks, keeping track of deadlines, and making sh*t happen is second nature to you.
Marketing Mindset: You’ve got a background in marketing and can write clear, concise, and effective copy.
Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions—you anticipate needs and take action.
Leadership Without the Title: You’ll have a VA handling the day-to-day tasks, and you’ll be overseeing the bigger picture.
