We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
Stay up to date on company policies and product updates
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
