Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, account updates, or general troubleshooting
Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions
Identify and report recurring customer concerns for continuous improvement
