We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience across phone, email, chat, or in-person communication. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and problem-solve will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

  • Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, account updates, or general troubleshooting

  • Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions

  • Identify and report recurring customer concerns for continuous improvement
