BikesOnline are seeking dedicated and skilled remote Sales Agents to join the team. As a vital part of the Sales department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales support to customers and our US Sales Supervisor.

The BikesOnline Sales Agent is a vital part of the Sales department, providing outstanding sales support to both customers and the Sales Supervisor. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Your exceptional sales and customer service skills will extend to converting pre-sales enquiries into a sale, via product recommendations and targeted customer offers (B2C). Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Present, promote and sell suitable bikes to customers based on their needs and enquiries, upselling parts & accessories relevant to their chosen bike;
Reach out to customer leads either by phone, live online chat, or follow up with a ticketed email, sharing special offers or product recommendations to increase conversion rate and customer lifetime value;
Selling products using solid arguments (rationale / value proposition) to prospective customers;
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales;
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
Contribute to market analysis, assisting with sales tracking and status reports;
Maintaining accurate customer records;
Answering customer questions about bike products and availability;
Supply Supervisor with reports on sales;
Assist with assigned tasks from the Sales Supervisor;
Attend weekly meetings with Sale Supervisor;
Continuously improve through feedback, while providing feedback on how the sales team can improve the customer experience and sales results; and
Undertaking other ad hoc tasks as required.
No formal qualifications required
Previous bicycle experience essential
Proven success as a sales representative or in a role providing hospitality essential
Familiarity with a broad range of bicycle products, including parts and accessories
Proficient in using CRM software for organization and customer follow-up
Quality customer service in English essential
Proven ability to stay on task in a remote working environment, meeting goals and timelines
Strong listening, decision-making, and analytical skills
Effective time management and multitasking
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, computer, and online skills
Calm under stress, adaptable to system/process changes
Proactive in achieving goals remotely
Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Open to feedback, takes ownership, and demonstrates responsibility
