A high-performing Senior Brand Manager is a proactive leader who owns client relationships, optimizes account performance, and manages a team to drive continuous growth. They ensure clients achieve their brand goals, deliver high-quality service, and prevent churn risks while fostering a data-driven, results-oriented team culture.

Job Scorecard (Metrics to measure performance):

  • 24-Hour Response Rate – 100% adherence on Slack/Email

  • KPI Goals – Stay within ±10% of brand targets for assigned accounts

  • Client Meetings – Weekly meetings with assigned clients during US work hours

  • Team Management – Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports to ensure high-quality

  • execution of all deliverables for assigned clients

  • Client Retention – Maintain an 80% client renewal rate per quarter

  • Churn Prevention – Flag and resolve 90% of at-risk clients within 30 days

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end brand management, leading client accounts and ensuring seamless execution of PPC, SEO, content, and operational strategies

  • Act as the primary liaison between AMZDataIQ and the client, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and strategic direction

  • Drive Amazon sales growth for assigned brands, ensuring they achieve their advertising and revenue goals

  • Manage a small team of direct and indirect reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and accountability

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, aligned with company SOPs, and meet high-quality standards

  • Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven solutions to optimize performance

  • Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring continuous optimization, efficiency, and profitability

  • Work closely with PPC Managers, SEO & Copywriting teams, and operations to align brand growth strategies

Experience Requirements (Last 2-3 Years of Proven Execution):

We are looking for a seasoned Amazon expert who has demonstrated strategic leadership and account growth in an Amazon agency setting.

  • Amazon Agency Experience – Minimum 2+ years managing Amazon brands or accounts in an agency environment

  • Leadership & Team Management – Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and holding teams accountable for results

  • Amazon Account Growth – Strong track record of increasing revenue, optimizing sales performance, and achieving brand goals

  • Client-Facing Experience – Ability to communicate with clients, present strategies, and manage expectations effectively

  • Project Management & Prioritization – Experience in coordinating multiple brand deliverables across different teams

  • Data-Driven Optimization – Skilled in using Amazon tools and analytics to drive strategic decisions and improve key account metrics
