The customer support and troubleshooting were the best.
I faced an issue with a TestGorilla test required for a job application. However, due to an organizational issue from the Test Creator, the test was no longer available and gave an error.
I wrote an email to TestGorilla's customer support detailing the problem, they promptly replied to me within a day or two and also contacted the test creator.
The test creator was made aware of the issue quite quickly and the things were then resolved. I am glad that due to customer support, the error in the test didn't compromise my job application. The employer wrote back to me acknowledging the issue and further steps of the job application.
