We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Success Manager to join our Revenue Team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Director, a co-founder, this role is crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support, managing customer retention, and acting as a liaison between customers and our software development team.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our platform to achieve optimal email deliverability.
Manage a book of business with responsibility for preventing customer churn and ensuring client satisfaction.
Act as an Email Deliverability Manager for top-tier clients, advising them on best practices and strategies to improve their email success rates.
Serve as the bridge between customers and the software development team, translating client feedback into actionable product improvements.
Utilize a thorough understanding of email deliverability principles to provide expert advice and support to our clients.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication with clients through our main platforms: Slack, Intercom, and HubSpot.
Proven experience in customer success or sales development roles, ideally within technology or email-related industries.
Strong familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.
In-depth knowledge of email deliverability and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in customer success, sales development, or a closely related field.
